The Covenant Storm was a splinter Covenant faction that engaged UNSC and Promethean forces on the shield world Requiem in late 2557.[1]
Background
Breaking away from the main body of newly peaceful Covenant, the Storm continued to follow the religion and philosophy of the San 'Shyuum.[1] Defying the peace between the Sangheili and humanity, the Storm engaged UNSC personnel and maintained a presence on Requiem for at least six months, attempting to gain control of a powerful weapon hidden on Requiem.[1]
