Base Segundo Terra was a UNSC military base located near Mexico City on the North American continent of Earth. During the Battle of Earth, the Spartan Blue Team obtained munitions from the base before the Battle of Havana.

• "Segundo Terra" roughly translates from Spanish, with some grammatical caveats, as "second earth" in English.
