Cote d'Azure was a planet mentioned in a seminar by Professor Anders. She stated that the planet had "large-scale engineered features", suggesting a possible presence of Forerunner structures on the planet.

Trivia

• Although it was referred to as a planet in Halo Wars: Genesis, it might mean the city of Cote d'Azur, capital of Sigma Octanus IV. It's possible that "Cote de Azure" is the actual, or retconned name for Sigma Octanus IV, as this name was also used to refer to the planet in Ghosts of Onyx and Halo: First Strike.
