Magnetic splint

Magnetic Splints are Covenant medical technology. They presumably use magnetic parts to keep broken bones from moving around too much.[1]
Jiralhanae Chieftian Maccabeus had a magnetic splint affixed on his leg after he was severely injured by Staff Sergeant Avery Johnson and Staff Sergeant Nolan Byrne.[2]
