Soren-066 is a SPARTAN-II Commando of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Command [1][2].
Before his conscription into the Navy and the SPARTAN-II program, his mother died, while his father ran a farm growing various illegal crops.

- He is likely one of the main characters of Halo: Evolutions, an anthology of many different stories taking place within the Halo Universe.
