The Hall is a Covenant structure featured in Halo Wars.
The Hall is built onto the Citadel, and is where the player builds infantry units, such as Unggoy Lances (Four Unggoy lead by a single Sangheili), Mgalekgolo pairs and Kig-yar pairs. This is also the place where Covenant upgrades on weapons and armor are researched.[1] Very usefull as it gives you a firm backing on defence and these forces can give you time to increases your men defence.
Its UNSC equivalent is the Barracks.
