File EHY-97
From Halopedia, the Halo wiki
This is the NavSpecWar After-Action-Report dealing with the apparent loss of Spartan-051. Possible inconsistencies in this report are that they say that the rescue was commenced in 2535, when the accident happened in 2531. They also claim that Kurt-051 was using the Mark V armor, which would not be developed until 2552.
