Protector Sentinel (Trove)

The Protector is a Covenant machine similar in design and purpose to the Forerunner Sentinels, from which they were likely reverse-engineered. Upgrading the Prophet of Regret with Ancestral Perversion in the game Halo Wars will equip him with two of these guardians for his personal protection. Like the Sentinels, they have a beam weapon, it is coloured blue, similiar to the Sentinel Major but fires a single pulse beam similiar to the Hunters Assault Cannon from Halo: Combat Evolved, but longer. They are of similar size and shape to the Constructor but slightly bigger. It has several laser guidance systems that scan for any threats. How they were swayed to fight for the Covenant and protect the Prophet of Regret is unknown.
