Luna OCS Academy was a United Nations Space Command Officer Candidate School (OCS) training institution situated on Luna (Earth's natural satellite). This may also be the location of the future Halo 3 multiplayer map Orbital.
Graduates from Luna OCS Academy include ex-Lieutenant William Lovell and Lieutenant Dominique[1][2].
Jacob Keyes taught at the OCS academy as a navigation teacher, until his moving to command of a UNSC Frigate. Keyes lived here with his Daughter, Miranda Keyes.<ref>Halo: The Cole Protocol
