James Cutter

Cutter is a UNSC Naval ship commander [1]. He plays a prominent part in the upcoming Ensemble Studios game Halo Wars to an unknown degree. He is one of several leaders that you can choose in halo wars. His unique unit is the elephant and his power is the MAC bombardement.
Battle of Harvest
Cutter was the commanding officer on the UNSC Spirit of Fire during the ships first engagement against the Covenant at the Battle of Harvest from 2525-2531. It is possible he had a pet cat (Though this is just a guess from concept art).
In game ability's
He is the only leader that can build elephants.
