ONI Recon 111 is an UNSC Office of Naval Intelligence unit seen in the Halo 3 Multiplayer and Tsavo Highway Cinematic. It is heard reporting a discovery of something in the " crater" [1]
Operational History
It participated in the Second Battle of Earth, around the city of Voi, Kenya.
