Not much is known about Traxus,[1] other than its name.
It is a Human company probably based on Earth. There are several windows in Wind Power Station 7 on Zanzibar Island with this name (possibly the name of an Earth company) written on them, with "09" written underneath in smaller lettering. In Halo 3, Traxus has been seen on the cargo crates similar to the way COBB Industries was referenced on crates in Halo 2. Based on these appearances, it is probably some form of shipping or transport company or perhaps manufacturing. The word "Traxus" can also be seen at the beginning of the Halo 3: Keep it Clean trailer, in the city of New Mombasa, possibly confirming it is involved in shipping as New Mombasa is a busy port having proximity to the prominent orbital transport in the center of the city.
As seen in multiplayer gaming, Avalanche, Blackout, Ghost Town, High Ground, The Pit, Last Resort, Rat's Nest and Floodgate hold available props that have the word "Traxus" printed on them.
Also, another major company in the level the Storm is named Sinoviet that produces a wide range of cars.
