"Shrine" is a multiplayer map planned for Halo 3. It was first announced in the June 2007 issue of Gamepro. It was announced to be very large and the largest map ever in a Halo game. Bungie has apparently it will have a very large emphasis placed on vehicles. A UNSC battle cruiser will also be over the landscape f the map.
