Methane environmental suit

Grunts use a Methane environmental suit because they cannot breath oxygen. These suits mimic the air and the freezing temperatures on their homeworld. Consequently, methane happens to be flammable so when one of their suits is punctured, the ensuing reaction can cause quite a violent explosion.
