Demotion?How is it that he was a four star Admiral in 2525, and a three star Vice Admiral in 2551? Was he demoted for some reason? Usually it works the other way, with people ascending in rank, not descending. Or was it a typo? I hope so, because if not, this is rather troubling. Any time a general officer (general or admiral) is demoted, it's a huge deal that invariably results in the rumor mills working overtime in the service affected, so it's unlikely anyone bumped from four star to three star would be a revered and respected leader in any serice. In fact, in many cases, the person affected chooses to resign rather than face the shame of losing a star.
