Summary
The Imperial Admiral is within the elite ranks, and is extremely high in the Covenant. This rank is given to Elite's to control large fleets, and armada's, very few ever attain this rank. Usually a imperial Admiral operates on a high ranking ship, covenant flagship, assault carrier and other high ships within the Covenant armada.
