Flagship

A Flagship is a ship that commands operations in a fleet. It can be any warship, and is not restricted to a particular class of warship. This is the ship that houses the Commander of the armada.
Speculation
Though it is speculated that Battlecruisers and Carriers are usually the flagships of a fleet or smaller unit structure.

- Shadow of Intent: Covenant Assault Carrier
UNSC
Although there has been no specific name of any ship mentioned as a flagship, there is likely to be one in every UNSC fleet.
