Laura Tanner

She was the pilot of a D77H-TCI Pelican Dropship, possibly based out of Base Segundo Terra near Mexico City, Mexico on Earth [1].
Biography
During the Second Battle of Earth, Tanner and her crew chief, Corporal Jim Higgins, provided transportation for SPARTAN-104, SPARTAN-058, and SPARTAN-043 as they countered Covenant incursions on Havana and the Yucatan Peninsula [2].
