Universite del' Astrophysique is a prestigous university located in the city of Paris on planet Earth. Lieutenant Dominique attended this school until his sister was killed in action. He then transferred to the Luna OCS Academy on Luna and joined the UNSC navy. He was assigned to the same ship as his former mentor, Commander Jacob Keyes.
