Chieftain

The highest rank in the Brute caste system. The only known holder of this title was Tartarus. The Chieftain apparently controls the entire Brute population. It is unknown if this rank holds any signifigante influence in the High Council. The Cheiftain does, however, speak for the Brutes to both the High Council and the High Prophets. The Chieftain also appears to be in charge of the Sacred Icon and Delta Halo's activation.
