Herzog

Herzog was an Office of Naval Intelligence Section Zero Colonel. He was instrumental in the deactivation of the Deep-Space Artifact. Although he had been married, it ultimately ended in divorce. He often liked to use a fake voice called the Cranky Old Man to complain about things.

After threatening to expose Major Standish for keeping the artifact from his superiors, Standish had him assassinated. Later, an agent codenamed Sierra10852 was executed for the assassination, however, it is unknown if this was Standish or one of his underlings.
