René was last known to be floating in a neural buoyancy gel tank, with his/her skeletal system twisted beyond recognition. The last time René was seen was on the UNSC Carrier Atlas. His/her current whereabouts are unknown to date, even the gender. However, it is most likely that he/she would proceed to command the UNSC, as all who could not engage in actual combat went to command school.
