NAV marker transmitter

Summary
Small device, relatively the size of a tick. These NAV marker transmitters were, in effect, tracking devices used by the UNSC. They could be ahdered to an object and would broadcast the location of that object to a Heads-Up Display calibrated to their frequency.
The Spartans used these objects often when tracking things.
