Harrow

Harrow was a human colony under the control of the Unified Earth Government. During the Post-Covenant War conflicts, the colony was attacked by a Banished force led by the Sangheili Kaidon Thav 'Sebarim, resulting in the deaths of 700,000 human civilians.[1]
