Are we sure it was Dr. Halsey? I've no doubt that she's the one who made the armor (the "Discover Hope" trailer confirmed this), but the voice sounds... younger. I know Jen Taylor voices both, but the narration didn't seem as old or gravely as Halsey has been in recent games, and sounded a lot more like Cortana to me.--The Ragin Pagan (talk) 19:14, July 24, 2020 (EDT)
