The Killtacular medal (also called Kill Frenzy in Halo 2) is awarded for killing five opponents within four seconds of each other in standard multiplayer games (and Halo: Spartan Assault) and within less time in campaign and Firefight. In Halo 4 multiplayer and Spartan Ops the kills need only be within 4.5 seconds of each other.

Originally, the medal was represented by a silver circle with five purple stars. In Halo 4 it is represented by five white stars on a green circle rimmed with light green and brown. The medal is monochrome and imposed on a shield in Halo: Spartan Assault and Halo: Spartan Strike. When a player earns this medal the announcer will shout "Killtacular!" to the player that received this medal.

Trivia

Earning this medal in a Halo 3 matchmaking game on a Mythic map will unlock the Killtacular achievement. An easy way to do this is to play Grifball.
The medal's original incarnation is the only multiplier medal which has the stars upside down.
Earning this medal in Halo: Reach matchmaking unlocks the Jorge-052 helmet avatar award.
