"UNSC"?

UNSC stands for the United Nations Space Command, as every newbie knows. They mention multiple times- I'm guessing four- that the Mona Lisa was a civilian ship. The ship should just be called "Mona Lisa", then. Why does it say "UNSC" in the front? Did I miss this part of the story? Wouldn't civilian ships lack the "UNSC" part? Please enlighten me...--Fluffball Gato 04:27, December 27, 2009 (UTC)

Nope, the Mona Lisa was a converted freighter used by the UNSC as a prison ship. Therefore, it technically wasn't a civilian ship. Does that help? GySgt. Gonzalez ODST Crest.png -Comm Open- -Body Count- 04:39, December 27, 2009 (UTC)

Technically, it was implied that the Mona Lisa was in civilian registry: it wasn't necessarily the UNSC that transported the prisoners. It wouldn't have the "UNSC" prefix in the title since they were trying to hide the fact it was commissioned by the UNSC, or ONI. And yes, some may notice it was me that moved it to this title, but that was back when I hadn't really read the story and thought it was just another UNSC ship. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 22:03, July 25, 2010 (UTC)
