Biography
Dr. Andrew Sandmoore received his degree in nutrition and fitness in 2459 from the New Cairo School of Advanced Medicine.
At somepoint in his life he oversaw the advanced UNSC Youth Training program on Reach.[1]
In 2531 he was recently put onboard the Spirit of Fire and helped look after crew from both the Spirit of Fire and UNSC Prophecy.[1]
Personality
Andrew Sandmoore enjoys outdoor climbing, and opera.[1]
Non-canon History
According to Lulu Hershey, he was a "fat chain smoking guy" who abandoned the crew during a Covenant attack on the ship.[2]
