"We need to get above this crap, link up with the bee-net. One of our drones must have seen where they hit."
Gunnery Sergeant Edward Buck

The "bee-net" is a local surveillance network operated by F-99 UCAVs. Each drone is equipped with an optics package and ground forces are able to link up with optical feed from F-99s operating in a given area to access a more complete picture of the battlefield. During the Battle of Mombasa in 2552, Gunnery Sergeant Edward Buck intended to use the network to find the rest of his squad who were scattered around the city.[1]

Trivia

"Bee-net" ostensibly alludes to the "drone" colloquialism used to refer to UCAVs. It is also phonetically similar to B.net, a colloquial name for Bungie.net.
