Reading through Halo: The flood i noticed something a think might relate to Hikowa. When Silva and McKay are studying the flood they killed one of the is said to have long fingers or something along those lines i was wondering if the body they were studying might have been the simulated corpse of Hikowa. Just wondering. User:Stocky File:Halo 2 192 194752m.jpg

Hikowa wasn't killed by an M6D Pistol, Dowski was. The Elite didn't use a Pistol until all the crew loyal to Captain Keyes were dead. I'm changing it to Plasma Rifle, cuz that's what the Elite used to club Keyes with after Hikowa's death. —əґыţєґιιб

First name

Where appears the complete name Akita in Halo books or the other supports? 88.120.49.44 11:48, 11 February 2015 (EST).

Nowhere, from what I searched. She was only referred to as Aki in the Fall of Reach. Lord Susto 13:26, 11 February 2015 (EST)
In The Flood also. So this is an imagined information? 88.120.49.44 14:58, 11 February 2015 (EST).
Please provide an appropriate chapter and page number. Also, is this the original or the 2010 reprint version?--Spartacus TalkContribs 15:07, 11 February 2015 (EST)
For my part, the French versions of 2013 (Fall of Reach and The Flood). 88.120.49.44 15:15, 11 February 2015 (EST).

She's consistently referred to as Aki in both the original and 2010 versions of The Fall of Reach and The Flood. If she's called Akita in the French translation it's a case of artistic license on the translator's part. --Our vengeance is at hand. Gravemind.svg (Talk to me.) 23:16, 11 February 2015 (EST)

I have never read Akita in the French versions. 88.120.49.44 13:24, 12 February 2015 (EST).
The history of her page at Halo.fr.wiki shows it was created including that name. It was most likely just a mistake on the wiki editor's part.Lord Susto 13:39, 12 February 2015 (EST)
For some reason, Halopedia also used to call her Akita; I removed the mentions back in 2010 (while this is the edit that added the erroneous name). The mistake in the French wiki may have originated from here, though it might as well have been the other way around. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 13:47, 12 February 2015 (EST)
