Talk:The Art of Halo 3
From Halopedia, the Halo wiki
According to an e-mail I recently received from Random House, The Art of Halo 3 is currently out of stock and it is unknown when - if - there will be a new edition. Barnes and Noble and Amazon also list them as currently unavailable. I don't know if this should be added to the article.
-- Also the used editions at Amazon start at $ 799,-. o_O
- It could just be your area that is out of stock. Here in the UK, we still have copies in stores.- 5əb'7aŋk(7alk) 10:31, September 3, 2009 (UTC)
- The aforementioned mail came from the publisher itself (Prima is part of Random House). Of course there are still some in stock in shops and online somewhere - I ordered one from amazon.co.uk, it's just that the main stock of the publishing house seems depleted and all online retailers in the u.s. and the european continent list it as out of stock.
- Here's the text I got from Random House:
- "Good Morning,
- Thank you for contacting Random House and for your interest in our publications.
- Unfortunately the title or edition you are inquiring about is out of stock indefinitely. You may want to try one of the online resellers, such as www.amazon.com or www.barnesandnoble.com, as they often have older stock available as well as used copies
- Random House Consumer Services"
- UPDATE: Just managed to get a copy off of Amazon.com for $67. Had to wait for the price to go down before it went back up, like it always does. I'll try to scan and updated some of the AOH3 images on the wiki as soon as possible. --Xamikaze330 [Transmission|Commencing] 19:51, 13 September 2013 (EDT)Xamikaze330
