Shoulder glitch?

Whenever I play this level with specific medium-sized or large-sized shoulders they do not show. It's as if it was implemented so your Spartan's model could fit completely in the Falcon cockpit. Actually, I experienced a similar glitch: When I play co-op with my buddy on split screen, the second player loses all of her (said buddy is female) armor permutations, with the default Mark V [B] helmet and color she chose. I think theres an armor permutation glitch in this level. I'm not sure does this apply with the male Spartan model.
