Template:SeeWikipedia Path Kethona, known to modern humans as the Large Magellanic Cloud, is a Magellanic Cloud 160,000 light years from the Milky Way.
Overview
Path Kethona was thought of by some Forerunners as the origin of the Flood. The Librarian used the Audacity to travel Path Kethona to examine this. Initial scans indicated that the galaxy had no technological civilizations.[1] However, further scans revealed a single planet orbiting an orange star with a possibility of supporting life.[2] Traveling to the surface of the world, the Librarian discovered that it was populated by Forerunners, albeit living primatively and being less evolvedcompared to other Forerunners.[3]
