Hughes

Template:Character Infobox Doctor Hughes was a staff member at Corbulo Academy of Military Science during the early years of the Human-Covenant War.[1] Since he diagnosed Thomas Lasky's injuries and injected cadets with drugs before they entered their cryo chambers, Hughes was most likely a medical officer.[2][3]
