The MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/FOTUS is a variant of the MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor (GEN2) utilized by SPARTAN-IVs.[1] The armor can only be unlocked by purchasing a copy of the Halo 4 limited edition XBOX 360.
