Unidentified civil defense warden

Biography
In January 2553, he saw Staff Sergeant Malcolm Geffen and Corporal Vasily Beloi walking through the ruins of Sydney, noticing they looked lost. He assumed they were trying to find HIGHCOM Facility Bravo-6 and told them they were going the wrong way. When he found out they were looking for the Parthenon, he informed them that it had been destroyed in the Battle of Earth. When the two ODSTs insists on going there, he gave them directions.
