The BR85 Service Rifle (BR85SR)[1] is a semi-automatic service rifle employed by UNSC forces in the post-war era.
Overview
Design
The BR85 Service Rifle is a gas-operated, magazine-fed semi-automatic rifle.[1] It is optimized for three-round bursts, and proves to be effective against the energy shielding of many types of armor.
Gameplay
The BR85SR has a 2x scope. The weapon features hitscan, and lacks bloom. when fired, the barrel rises, but in a suppressible way. It is useful for longer-range engagements.[1]
Trivia
This weapon prominately displays the Misriah Armory logo on its stock.
