Oliver Birch

Template:Human Character Infobox Oliver Birch was a fetcher for the United Nations Space Command following the Human-Covenant War. He had a dog called Mabel.[1]
Birch and Mabel became stranded in space in a cryo-chamber after they jettisoned out of Birch's ship, Galileo's Worst Enemy, as it was ripped apart by the stresses of slipstream space as a result of Birch's failed attempt to mount a slipspace drive on the tug and use it to transition out of slipspace at Tribute while letting the Template:Othership continue an automated course to Cygnus.[1]
