Harper's Fleet

An unnamed Fleet under command of Fleet Admiral Harper. During the First Battle of Earth on October 20th, 2552, Harper commanded his fleet directly into the Covenant foced, whilst the UNSC Home Fleet policed the skies[1].
Shortly after the Covenant arrival, the Fleet was split into two groups:
- First Echelon was controlled by Harper and was in charge of destroying the CCS-class Battlecruisers
- Second Echelon was charged in stopping the Assault Carriers.
Eight Marathon-class Cruisers and sixteen Frigates were in Harpers fleet[2]. They appeared briefly in the opening cutscene to "Cairo Station," on the Cairo's main computer screen.
