Harper's Fleet

The fleet prepares to engage the Covenant.

An unnamed Fleet under command of Fleet Admiral Harper. During the First Battle of Earth on October 20th, 2552, Harper commanded his fleet directly into the Covenant foced, whilst the UNSC Home Fleet policed the skies.

Shortly after the Covenant arrival, the Fleet was split into two groups:

• First Echelon was controlled by Harper and was in charge of destroying the CCS-class Battlecruisers
• Second Echelon was charged in stopping the Assault Carriers.

Two Marathon-class Cruisers and six Frigates were in Harpers group. They appeared briefly in the opening cutscene to "Cairo Station," where eight seperate FoF tags are shown on the Cairos computer (scene pictured).
