Vidmaster Challenge: Lightswitch

"Let’s dive into this a little deeper and try and address some of the questions that will no doubt arise from the community. First off are the “Vidmaster Challenge” achievements. These three will not earn you any gamer points but there will (eventually) be a pay-off. We’re not going to spoil the fun just yet but suffice it to say that gamerscore isn’t everything. There is a pot of gold at the end of the Vidmaster rainbow and it is something you will want. More details later."

Vidmaster Challenge: Lightswitch is an achievement added in Title Update 2, in which the player must achieve the rank of Lieutenant in any playlist in the TU2 EXP progression system.[2] It is required to receive Recon as the reward for all of the Vidmaster Achievements.

The player must gain 50 playlist Exp to reach the rank of playlist Lieutenant. Double exp weekend playlists such as Grifball are a great way to start earning quick playlist exp.

Trivia

  • If you look at the background, you will see the Marathon symbol.
  • The achievement was named so because of the Lieutenant insignia's similarity with a household light switch.
  • It could be a typo but the Xbox Achievement section spelled it as "Lightswitc".
