Template:Ratings The Internal Security Amendment is a document in the UNSC Colonial Charter, which includes at least two sections. The eighth paragraph of the second section legally enabled Jilan al-Cygni to assume military control of the planet Harvest, overriding even the colonial Governor, Nils Thune.[1]
Trivia
- The reference to "section two" may also imply a connection to ONI's infamous Section Two (responsible for intelligence concerning morale), despite the fact that Jilan was employed by Section Three (the branch in charge of secret projects).[2].
