Fanon vs. Fan Fiction

Thanks for cleaning up Forerunner-Flood War, but, in your edit summary, you said you had "removed fanon," but you had actually "removed fan fiction." Arbiter

I took it as a special operations Elite. The rank of Arbiter is one of crisis, I don't see why they would have coninuously appointed them the entire course of the war. ProphetofTruth 18:25, January 16, 2010 (UTC)

I know, it doesn't make sense. But the description points towards Arbiter. Specops Elites are just Elites with normal armour, only black.
