A Virtual scavenger is a selective computer virus written by the United Nations Space Command.
Certain types delete UNSC navigational data from UNSC databases in accordance to the Cole Protocol.
Virtual scavengers can be downloaded by UNSC personnel at Virtualscav, a EPWW UNSC only website.
