Pulse Generator

Pulse Generators are the main energy source for Halos main weapon. Pulse Generators appear as pillars of blue light held in by thinner pillars. The pulse generators create unimaginable amounts of energy, Cortana said that she couldn't even begin to calculate the blast range. The generators are important devices for firing Halo, so in the events of Two Betrayals, Cortana and the Chief destroyed them by using Chief's shields as an EMP.
