The Ratification Parley is a document created by the Covenant High Council of Concordance. Little is known about this document, but one excerpt from it is known.

What hope has this alliance

If we cannot conquer

Doubt of faith not each other-

If our belief should falter?

But put an ear to the stones

Of this Holy City

Inside Their voices echo still:

"Seven rings begin theJourney!"

The Parley makes apparent references to the Covenant beliefs in The Great Journey, as well as the Covenant Holy City of High Charity.
