UNSC Minotaur

Summary

The UNSC Minotaur was a UNSC destroyer. The Minoutar was stationed at the planet Reach in August 2552 when 314 Covenant vessels attacked. During the ensuing battle, the Minoutar was destroyed by a Covenant Assault Carrier. The Covenant ship fired a needle-thin lance of energy at the Minoutar, which struck it on A deck, aft. The beam went through both sets of Titanium-A Battleplate, every deck, and the ship's reactor, exiting through H deck by the engines. The beam cut a ten-meter wide swath through the vessel, destroying it completely. the beam in question fired by a sort of covenant super weapon, the weapon was mounted on a covenant super carrier, and there is only 1 known which was also destroyed on reach..
