This is a list of all known protocols implimented by the UNSC and its various organizations.

- United Nations Space Command Emergency Priority Order 098831A-1 (Also known as the "Cole Protocol")

- Article 428-A - Forbids a soldier from revealing information about a mission to an AI or another person before that soldier is debriefed. Violation of this protocol requires a person to report the offense to their superior officer.
- UNSC Military Security Code 447-R27 - Forbids a consultant from accessing classified files in CASTLE Base. AI's guard the database against this. In event of an infraction, the offense is recorded and authorities are immediately notified. The AI then warns the infractee to stop, and is authorized to use whatever force necessary if the infractee will not comply.
- Naval Code 45812 - Permits viable test subjects for the Spartan-II project to be conscripted into the project without prior knowledge or consent.
