- "Lightweight competition pistol carried by Spartan operators who prefer a no-frills backup firearm. Quick draw Magnum with fast-reload magazines. Iron sights only, no Smart-Link module is attached."
- — In-game description[2]
The Gunfighter Magnum is a variant of the M6H2 magnum of the M6 series of handguns.[citation needed]
Overview
Design details
The Gunfighter Magnum is a stripped down M6H2 that had the trigger guard, under-barrel flashlight module and smart link module removed, but has been modified with fast-reload magazines. These modifications were made for competition purposes and have reduced the weight to allow quick draws and fast reloads.
Variants
- Buck's Magnum:
The sidearm of spartan Edward Buck. His Magnum has the same gunfighter receiever, in addition to having parts of other magnums like the Whispered Truth slide, and the front sight of the Projection Sight, appearing to have been attached separately[citation needed]
The Whispered Truth is a magnum machine pistol that fires in burst. It has the same modifications as the Gunfighter, but has been mounted with a custom nickel plated slide and a supressor.
