Legacy is the first track on the Halo: Spartan Assault Original Soundtrack. It serves as one of the main themes of Halo: Spartan Assault. A preview of the track was released June 13, 2013, to showcase the soundtrack.[1]

- In Battle for the Moon, while Spartan Sarah Palmer is eliminating all of Merg Vol's lieutenants.
